With a series of systematic changes, their business grew 60% in just a few short years. The partners sold the business to MarineMax (NYSE), their biggest competitor, after which MarineMax appointed Pete as its Director of Development for the following 7 years during which he had responsibility for mergers, acquisitions, real estate acquisitions, and new and/or renovation construction activities for the company’s 90+ sites. Pete uses his experience to provide conventional CPA business services as well as to provide provide temporary CFO or general managerial assistance. Managerial assistance ranges from occasional consultations to officer surrogacy.

Michelle M. Stout is originally from the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area, where she is a graduate of Washington and Jefferson College with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Economics (B.A.) and a graduate of California University of Pennsylvania with a Master's degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.).
Michelle moved to Sarasota seven years ago with her two children who attend Riverview High School and Florida Gulf Coast University. Her hobbies include cooking, swimming, exercising and volunteering. She is an active member of the Sarasota chapter of Delta Gamma alumnae.
Certified Public Accountant
Marcia completed her bachelor's degree at The University of South Florida while working as the Firm bookeeper for Touche Ross & Co. ( now known as Deloitte). Shortly thereafter she qualified for and obtained her Florida license as a C.P.A. and has worked as a practitioner or a corporate officer for more than the last 20 years. She has extensive experience in accounting and taxation for all types of corporate activities including mergers and acquisitions.
Nancy has over 10 years of experience maintaining the general ledgers for multiple clients while working with C.P.A. and law firms. There are many people who have learned how to be a Quick Books technician without really having a working knowledge of bookeeping. Nancy has both and brings those two skill sets to bear with our business clients. She helps us provide a full compliment of bookeeping services ranging from assistance with monthly closings to maintenance of a full set of corporate books, including bill paying and payroll.
Jeanne M Alexander
Jeanne, originally from Illinois, is a graduate of University of Maryland with a JD and Northern Illinois University with a BA in Russian. She practiced as an attorney for many years where she litigated and negotiated federal and state tax controversies; managed substantial estates and ensured trustee's tax compliance before she more recently moved into the tax preparation area. Jeanne brings a myriad of skills to assist us in providing our clients with their tax preparation and compliance needs.
